SUMMARY
Introducing my range of hand screen printed t-shirts that I developed as a product of current street style trends which involve all over graphic prints on garments and an appreciation of traditional Christian imagery, reminiscent of the same trend which existed for brands like Jean Paul Gaultier and Dolce & Gabbana in the 1990s. I have combined the two elements to create my own designs since I realised there was a gap that hadn't been filled by another product yet.
RESULTS​

I was incredibly satisfied with the outcome of this project because it allowed me to learn more about observing a current trend and fulfilling a market need that I had noticed for a particular product. I felt like this project allowed me to exercise both my skillset for designing and for the trend and market knowledge that comes along with going into the field of fashion buying. I was also able to increase my confidence by teaching myself how to screen print garments, a skill that I believe will come in handy for when I want to take designing into my own hands in the future.
For now, I have managed to successfully set up my t-shirt business as a small shop on Depop and Instagram where I handle my sales. I have sold the entirety of my first launch of products and am looking forward to developing and releasing my next one.
